Integrated systems for OE applications
Proventia's operations are governed by the tightening off-road emission regulations that will become stricter in the next few years. In 2011, the Stage III B directive in Europe and the Tier 4 interim directive in the US will require that exhaust after-treatment systems be installed in all machinery running with engines > 130 kW and the following year the standard will be applied to engines >56 kW. In 2014 the industry is facing even stricter limits with Stage IV in EU and Tier 4 in the US.

The Proventia way for OEMs
Proventia's main role in the OEM business is to enhance our customers' business by providing a full package of emission expertise. We design, test and supply the whole exhaust gas after-treatment system by using the engine manufacturer's accepted key components. We customize and integrate exhaust systems to machines and vehicles if the standard systems do not fit. We provide our SCR expertise by solving any unexpected problems such as urea deposit issues in the exhaust pipes.
Approved Vendor of Agco Sisu Power
Agco Sisu Power has chosen Proventia as their Approved Vendor with regard to Stage III B and Tier 4 interim solutions in machines and vehicles using Sisu diesel engines. Proventia´s services include supplying and designing approved application integrated systems and components for Sisu's OEM customers.
Valtra was one of the first machine manufacturers who relied on Proventia in integrating and supplying SCR systems to Stage IIIB/ Tier 4i AGCO Sisu Power engines in its T-series tractors.
