London LEZ
On the 3rd January 2012 the London Low Emission Zone (LEZ) emissions standards will become even more stringent that they are today. Any heavy commercial vehicle first registered before 1st October 2006 will either need to be upgraded with a Euro IV London LEZ approved device, be renewed, no longer used in London, or pay a daily charge for use within the LEZ. For light commercial vehicHeavy-duty Off-roadles (below 3.5T) and some other applications the relevant dates of first registration and emissions requirements are different, please check the TfL website. PROAIR® Diesel Particulate Filters
Proventia's PROAIR® Muffler Replacements and Flex systems are approved adaptations that fulfil all the emission requirements that come into force on the 3rd January 2012 in the greater London area. PROAIR® devices are passive systems with special low NO2 filter element that increase less than 30% the engine's NO2 base level.
