Be prepared for Stage III B and Tier 4 interim regulations
Proventia's operations are governed by the off-road emission regulations that will become stricter in the next few years. In 2011, the Stage III B directive in Europe and the Tier 4 interim directive in the US will require that exhaust after-treatment systems be installed in all machinery running with engines > 130 kW and the following year the standard will be applied to engines >56 kW.
