Proventia Group Oy has sold its production automation business in Finland and in Asia to the operative management and key persons of the Proventia Production Technologies Oy as well as Head Industrial Partner Oy. The agreement includes besides Production Technologies businesses in Oulunsalo and Espoo also production automation companies in Beijing and Hong Kong.

Lauri Antila, Proventia Group's CEO says that the resources that are being freed from the sale of Proventia Production Technologies enable Proventia to fully concentrate on the utilizing the growth potential of Emission Control business. "These resources will give us a solid base for further expansion for instance in the USA", Antila states.

Teijo Fabritius, president of Proventia Production Technologies Oy tells that the arrangement allows company to focus further on its core business. "We will continue investing on the developing production automation solutions. The company will operate in the future under the name Master Automation Group Oy", Fabritius continues.
