The Board of Directors of Proventia Group has, on November 29th, 2006, appointed Mr. Lauri Antila (MSc. Eng.) as the Chief Executive Officer of Proventia Group Oy. Mr. Antila has previously worked as Vice President for Head Invest Oy.

Former Proventia Group CEO, Mr. Lassi Noponen continues on the Board of Directors of the Company and as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Winwind Oy. Mr. Mika Kettula, acting CEO of Proventia Group, preceding Mr. Antila, will serve as a Senior Advisor to the company.
