PROAIR® MR Diesel particulate filters
PROAIR® MR (Muffler Replacement) diesel particulate filters are install-ready systems that are tailored to fit certain vehicle makes and models. PROAIR® MR filters replace the original muffler without any modifications needed to the vehicle or the filter. The original heat shield of the muffler can be used with PROAIR® MR system as well. Proventia provides PROAIR® MR filters to a variety of models of following makes: DAF, IVECO, MAN, MERCEDES, SCANIA and VOLVO.

PROAIR® MR's precious metal coated wall-flow filter collects particulate matter. Once the exhaust gas reached an adequate level for regeneration, the collected PM is oxidized. PROAIR® MR filters are passive type filters continuously regenerating during regular vehicle operation.
