Integrated exhaust systems for off-road OEMs

In 2011, the Stage III B and Tier 4 (interim) regulations determine the limits for NOx and PM emissions in Europe and in the US. In 2014 Stage IV and Tier 4 Final limits will come into force.  More complicated emission control after-treatment technologies such as SCR will be needed. Customizing and integrating exhaust systems to machines is a must; standard approved systems cannot be fitted to many applications. Proventia designs and supplies approved application integrated systems and components for machine manufacturers. We continuously work to comply with tomorrow's emission limits, such as Stage IV and Tier 4 Final.

Engine manufacturers are responsible for the approvals of the engines, including the emission control components, but Proventia is the partner to give the machine manufacturers engineering services and technical support in tailoring the approved components to seamlessly fit the different applications.

Proventia is already working in co-operation with Agco Sisu Power, who have chosen Proventia as their Approved Vendor with the regard to Stage III B and Tier 4 interim solutions in machines and vehicles using AGCO Sisu Power diesel engines. Proventia´s services include designing and supplying approved application integrated systems and components for AGCO Sisu Power's OEM customers.
