Oxidation catalysts – carefree emission control

Proventia´s diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) is a simple, totally maintenance-free way of reducing hydrocarbons (HC) and carbon monoxide (CO) in diesel exhaust gas. DOC also reduces the organic fraction of diesel particulates (SOF) in suitable conditions by up to 40 %. These diesel pollutants are oxidized to harmless products in a catalytic reaction. Proventia's oxidation catalysts are designed to tolerate high sulfur-content fuels up to 2,000 ppm.

DOC is a reliable, cost-effective solution especially for a wide variety of retrofit applications. Proventia's DOC products have been successfully used in several retrofit projects as well as in off-road machinery like forklifts, cranes etc. DOCs can be integrated with other systems, such as SCR systems, to reduce HC and CO.
