Fuel-borne catalyst filter (FBC)

For the heavy-duty application where NO₂ requirements are tight, such as in underground mines, Proventia introduces the FBC DPF, Fuel-Borne Catalyst Filter, which reduces diesel particulate matter without increasing nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) emissions.

Proventia's FBC filter utilizes the Satacen^® fuel borne catalyst, which is injected into the fuel. A fuel-borne catalyst lowers the temperature at which soot combusts and not only aids the regeneration but also reduces fuel consumption.

FBC DPF is the optimal choice for heavy-duty off-road machines where NO₂ is a critical factor.
