Proventia NOxBUSTER® City DPF + SCR system produces high reduction rates in real urban driving and cold weather conditions, cold-start phases included. Operates even at low temperatures

The NOxBUSTER® City urea dosing system has been developed through ten years of research and development and patented mixing technology. This allows more urea to be injected, even at low exhaust gas temperatures. NOxBUSTER® City includes advanced catalyst technology that we complete with refined dosing strategy and pump adjustments. For the insulation of NOxBUSTER® City, we use our own integrated, multi-layer insulation technology, comprising of a thin, corrugated steel outer shell and fibre wool. The optimised insulation improves SCR performance by preventing the transfer of heat outside the system and keeping the surface temperature of the system low.

NOxBUSTER® City has been tested according to the World Harmonized Vehicle Cycle (WHVC) by an independent testing laboratory with excellent NOx reduction rates reaching EURO 6 engine emission limits in real city driving. In-use emission tests with a portable emissions measurement system (PEMS) by an independent test organisation have proven the laboratory tests correct. NOxBUSTER® City's impeccable operation has been proven in practice, even at arctic temperatures. In addition, NOxBUSTER® City can be delivered with the Proventia PROCARE™ Drive NOx monitoring system, which tracks the system's performance 24/7 with GPS and 3G wireless technologies, providing information about the amount of NOx emitted during vehicle's daily route.
