Update on Battery Supply Following Morrow Batteries’ Bankruptcy Application

Proventia’s battery cell supplier, Morrow Batteries, submitted a bankruptcy application on 6 May 2026. Proventia has purchased battery cells from Morrow Batteries for product development, testing, and customer projects.  Morrow Batteries’ bankruptcy application does not delay Proventia’s current customer deliveries, and the required battery cells are available. For new orders, Proventia can use battery cells from alternative suppliers when needed.

Proventia’s battery systems use cells from multiple suppliers and are not dependent on any single cell manufacturer. Proventia is actively monitoring Morrow’s situation.
