At Proventia, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) plays a central role in ensuring the mechanical integrity, structural strength, and long-term durability of our exhaust aftertreatment and battery systems. With FEA, we simulate real-world mechanical stresses to detect weak points early, optimize design, and accelerate development—without compromising safety or performance.

  • We conduct vibration and fatigue analysis under actual loading conditions and elevated temperatures.
  • We perform thermomechanical analysis (TMA) to evaluate structural durability.
