Our test center is equipped to conduct performance, aging and durability testing for engines, exhaust aftertreatment systems, components, batteries as well as for hybrid systems.

Our test center is capable of executing both steady-state and transient test cycles, including official test cycles such as WHTC, NRTC, NRSC, LLC, among others, as well as customer-specific test cycles and protocols tailored to your specific requirements.

AdBlue® mixing

Ensuring optimal AdBlue® (DEF, urea) mixing is essential for efficient SCR operation. The even mixing of AdBlue® directly impacts the SCR’s ability to reduce NOx.

We have developed a unique AdBlue® mixing testing system. It delivers more accurate results faster. Our innovative approach includes:

  • An online camera system that provides continuous monitoring of the AdBlue® injection area.
  • A scanning device designed for the precise validation of NH3 distribution within the exhaust gas stream. This ensures that the SCR system receives a uniform distribution of ammonia, which is essential for effective catalytic reaction.

For our customers, our advanced tools and long experience in preventing deposit formation means long-term reliability and performance of SCR systems.
