Kari Laurikka Appointed Director of Operations at Proventia Group
Proventia Group Oyj has appointed Kari Laurikka (M.Sc. (Tech.)) as Director of Operations and a member of the Management Team, effective 18 May 2026.
In his role, Laurikka leads Proventia’s operations and their development in line with the company’s strategy. He joins Proventia from Kempower Oyj, where he has served as Head of Operations Excellence.
Laurikka is responsible for scaling Proventia’s serial production from Europe to an international level, including launching and developing production operations in the United States and Asia. He is also responsible for the company’s existing production facilities in Finland and the Czech Republic.
“Kari brings strong experience in developing operations and production processes in an international industrial company. His expertise strongly supports Proventia’s strategic objectives and growth,” says President and CEO Jari Lotvonen. Laurikka will report to the President and CEO.
