Proventia Emission Control Oy has changed its name to Proventia Oy on October 13, 2017.  The change of name is based on Proventia′s rapid business growth and its expansion into other areas in addition to the emission control business, such as the test solutions and thermal components businesses.

The change of name has no impact on the company′s other information, such as the business ID and banking details, the organisation, or the products and services. Proventia Group Oy will remain the parent company of Proventia Oy.

Proventia has grown and developed its business operations determinedly to cover new areas, responding to the needs of its customers. The Thermal Components unit offers insulation solutions for engines.  Test Solutions operations were developed as a response to the rapid increase in testing requirements for engines, powertrains and batteries. The company is growing rapidly. This year, it has already recruited 15 new employees, and it will continue to recruit more people later this year.
