Proventia Group strengthens its Management Team, Tommi Aarnio appointed as CFO

Tommi Aarnio (MSc (Econ and Bus Admin)) has been appointed Proventia Group Corporation’s CFO and a member of the Management Team starting from 2 January 2023. In his new position, Aarnio will be responsible for financial administration, financing, investor relations and potential future corporate arrangements.

Proventia’s current CFO Kaisu Kivioja has been appointed development director from 2 January 2023. Kivioja will continue in internal development, including HR and data management. Both Aarnio and Kivioja will report to CEO Jari Lotvonen.

From 2015 until 2022, Tommi Aarnio worked as the CFO of Hoivatilat Plc. During that time, Hoivatilat grew from a small starting company into an international group with a property portfolio of more than a billion euros. He played a significant role in the company’s listing process and the arrangement of financing for its growth. In 2008–2015, Aarnio worked as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy. He completed his Authorized Public Accountant examination in 2011.
